Daniel is a certified personal trainer with a deep passion for helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their everyday lives. With a background in functional training, strength development, mobility, and recovery, he brings a well-rounded, personalized approach to every client he works with.
He began his career at UFC Gym, where he built a strong foundation in fitness coaching and learned what it truly takes to help people reach their goals. Over time, he expanded his expertise to include massage therapy, corrective movement, and injury recovery—allowing him to offer a more complete picture of health and wellness.
Daniel believes that fitness doesn’t have to be about being the fastest, the strongest, or the fittest person in the room. It’s about showing up consistently, moving with intention, and discovering what your body is capable of when you take care of it. His approach is rooted in helping real people build to a level of fitness that supports their everyday activities, prevents injury, and leaves you feeling more capable with each session.
With his calm presence, technical skill, and commitment to helping clients do what they once thought was impossible, Daniel makes the fitness journey feel less intimidating—and a lot more rewarding.
