(3–4 People)
Our Semi-Private Training combines the energy of a small group with the attention of personalized coaching. You’ll train alongside 2-3 others who share similar fitness levels and goals, allowing for a supportive and motivating environment.
Each participant still receives customized guidance and progress tracking, but in a more community-driven setting. This format offers the best balance of affordability, accountability, and results—ideal for those who enjoy social interaction and team energy while still getting expert coaching.
